Role Overview

Assistant Manager – HR (Employee Engagement)

Key Responsibilities

Employee Engagement

Plan, develop & execute monthly/quarterly employee engagement activities
Conduct surveys (eNPS, satisfaction surveys) and analyse feedback
Drive employee communication programs and cultural initiatives
Coordinate R&R (Rewards & Recognition) programs
Organize internal events, CSR activities, and celebration days

Employee Experience & Support

Address employee queries & escalate concerns appropriately
Facilitate onboarding and induction sessions as required
Conduct branch visits & employee connect programs
Assist in grievance handling & employee relations activities

Performance & Talent Support

Support HR in performance management cycle coordination
Maintain records, MIS reports, and dashboards related to HR initiatives
Work closely with Business HR and Cluster HR teams for engagement plans

HR Operations

Support internal HR communication strategy
Assist in HR policies rollout & implementation
Maintain HR documentation and compliance support tasks

Skills & Competencies

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Strong presentation & organizing skills
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple activities
Basic knowledge of MS-Office (Excel, PPT mandatory)
Exposure to employee engagement & HR operations preferred

Educational Qualification

ANY Graduates or MBA / PGDM in HR or relevant field

Who Should Apply

Candidates with 2–3 years’ proven experience in HR & employee engagement
Energetic, self-driven individuals passionate about HR & culture-building roles
