Driving successful product launches and market expansions. This strategic role requires a visionary leader who can craft and execute compelling go-to-market strategies that resonate with our target audience, out-maneuver competitors, and elevate the POCO brand. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring that every product launch not only meets but exceeds market expectations, contributing directly to POCO's continued success and market dominance. Job Requirement Market Intelligence and Insights, Cross-Functional Synergy, Launch Excellence, Performance Optimization, Sales Planning .Develop and own comprehensive GTM strategies that align with POCO’s business goals, driving market share, revenue, and brand equity. Identify and prioritize key market segments, customer needs, and competitive opportunities to position POCO products effectively. Drive business growth across offline and online channels by crafting tailored GTM strategies to enhance market penetration. Collaborate with the channel GTM team to optimize sales enablers, ensuring seamless execution and expansion of all categories. Manage the P&L for designated product lines. Demand Planning & Channel Development. - Continuously track market trends, competitor strategies & consumer insights. Candidate Must Haves: MBA from a tier 1 college (Optional) 3+ years of experience in category management or 5+ years of experience in sales / account management roles P&L management experience is a plus Highly organized and efficient in time management Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights Experience working with sales teams and understanding of sales processes and metrics Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities and business needs Strong cross functional stakeholder management experience.
