The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting our growing network infrastructure. You will be part of a dynamic team that is responsible for ensuring high availability, performance, and security of our core and edge networks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement scalable, redundant, and secure network solutions for ISP infrastructure.
  • Manage and optimize routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, MPLS) across backbone and edge networks.
  • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot complex issues across multiple layers.
  • Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices (Cisco, Juniper, MikroTik, etc.).
  • Collaborate with NOC, SOC, and other technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Lead network upgrades, migrations, and capacity planning initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Document network architecture, configurations, and procedures.
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership.
Required Qualifications:.
  • Strong expertise in IP networking, routing protocols, and network security.
  • Hands-on experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG, Zabbix).
  • Certifications such as CCNP, JNCIP, or equivalent are highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash) for automation is a plus.
