Assistant Manager

Role & responsibilities Actively engage with multiple stakeholders in order to foster gathering of insights. Support implementation of Marketing-led initiatives including supporting and coordinating for appropriate campaign content, support for kick-off or cycle meeting and digital campaigns. Share in-field best practices and support field teams in their tactical execution for activities. Supporting marketing colleagues in development of Marketing materials and other marketing inputs. Providing the sales team with necessary technical expertise, promotional materials, product training, and relevant clinical papers Reviewing product data to keep the field force updated on new developments and competitor products Serving as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries Conducting market research to assess customer attitudes and guide new product introductions Developing annual marketing plans and controlling advertising, promotion, and sales aids Preparing product forecasts and monitoring inventory levels to ensure supply chain efficiency
