Assistant Manager - General Risk Management (Compliance)

As a member of the Global Risk Monitoring team, your role will involve: - Performing Operational and Compliance Reviews for member firms, including review of Internal controls and processes - Working with System of Quality Management (SoQM) leads of member firms to monitor, review, test, and report the operation of relevant SoQM components and controls - Collaborating with global teams and senior stakeholders across member firms to identify best practices for effective risk monitoring - Managing projects independently, leading small teams, guiding, and reviewing the work of junior team members - Preparing reports and presentations to be shared with senior stakeholders Qualifications required for this role include: - Strong understanding of operational and compliance reviews - Experience in working with System of Quality Management (SoQM) components - Ability to collaborate with global teams and senior stakeholders - Project management skills with experience in leading small teams - Excellent communication and presentation skills Kindly note that this is not a client-facing role.
