Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

To understand system standards, fundamentals vocabulary and auditing standards
Maintenance and updating of ISO 9001 QMS, ISO 14001 EMS, Apex Manual and Procedures
To create EMS awareness with those associated with the organization such as those working on behalf of the organization within the organization, vendors etc.
Conduct internal training
Conduct of Internal QMS/EMS Audits
Providing inputs for management reviews
Conduct management reviews for QMS/EMS
Central monitoring of tests and verification related to EMS
Central monitoring of legal requirements related to EMS
Hazardous waste handling/management and disposal at TSDF
Liaison with external certification agencies for matters related to QMS & EMS, including surveillance and recertification audits and compliance with audit NCs
Liaison with statutory authorities for matters related to environmental consent conditions and their compliance
Respond to customer-supplied questionnaires for qualification
Prepare various departments' references to customer requirements
To facilitate customer audits
To pursue audit results till closure

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Management Representative
Conscientious and responsible
A keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach
Outstanding communication skills
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Proficient in MS Office
In-depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards
B. Tech-Electrical or relevant field
