Job Description

Role & responsibilities Experience: 5+ years working experience in fleet management, logistics, or transportation, preferably in East region (WB, Odisa , Jharkhand , Bihar and Northeast). Knowledge: Strong understanding of truck maintenance, regulatory standards, and safety practices. Leadership: Ability to manage and motivate a team 12-15 staff members and 600+ drivers Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot operational issues and find effective solutions. Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with drivers, staff, and management. Technical Skills: Familiarity with fleet management software, GPS tracking, and data analysis tools such as MS Excel / G-sheet. Education: A degree or diploma in logistics, transportation, or a related field is desirable. Preferred candidate profile
