Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Prepare consolidated financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement, and notes to the accounts) for a group of 5 companies.
  • Ensure compliance with IND AS and local regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with group companies to obtain financial information and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Perform consolidation adjustments, eliminations, and accounting entries.
  • Analyze and review financial statements for accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborate with external auditors to ensure a smooth audit process.
  • Provide technical accounting guidance to group companies as needed.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in financial accounting and consolidation with overall experience of 5 Years +.
  • Strong knowledge of IND AS and local regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent technical accounting skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
