Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Prepare consolidated financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement, and notes to the accounts) for a group of 5 companies.
Ensure compliance with IND AS and local regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with group companies to obtain financial information and resolve any discrepancies.
Perform consolidation adjustments, eliminations, and accounting entries.
Analyze and review financial statements for accuracy and completeness.
Collaborate with external auditors to ensure a smooth audit process.
Provide technical accounting guidance to group companies as needed.

Requirements:

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in financial accounting and consolidation with overall experience of 5 Years +.
Strong knowledge of IND AS and local regulatory requirements.
Excellent technical accounting skills and attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
