Responsibilities: - Overseeing the monthly closing of books and collaborating with cross-functional teams for the same. - Preparation and presentation of Monthly MIS Reports, including generating, updating, and distributing financial reports and dashboards to offer insights into treasury and financial performance. - Providing P&L analysis reports with key financial information and analysis to the top management for informed decision-making. - Conducting budgetary and variance analysis for cost, sales, collection targets, and GLs. - Coordinating with other departments to streamline month-end closure processes. - Assisting in treasury operations such as cash management, fund transfers, and maintaining banking relationships. - Conducting financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and financial modeling to support decision-making. - Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to treasury and financial reporting. - Supporting financial forecasting and budgeting processes to facilitate the company's financial planning. - Managing and maintaining financial information systems and tools used for reporting and analysis. - Implementing IFC and other applicable requisites under statutory laws relationships. - Working extensively on ERP implementations and improvements. - Assisting founders and finance head in collating ad hoc report requests for external stakeholders.
