Job Description

You are invited for an interview at 5th Floor, 5029, 1Aerocity Corporate Park, Sakinaka, Andheri East, Mumbai 400069 on 29th March 2025 between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM. We are looking for a meticulous and seasoned Finance & Accounts professional to supervise financial planning, accounting operations, tax compliance, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should possess a robust comprehension of financial principles, regulatory requirements, and accounting standards. In this role, your responsibilities will include: Accounting & Financial Management: - Supervising day-to-day accounting tasks such as bookkeeping, invoicing, and reconciliations. - Crafting financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports. - Ensuring adherence to accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS) and regulatory mandates. Taxation & Compliance: - Managing tax planning, filing, and compliance for direct and indirect taxes (GST, TDS, VAT, etc.). - Collaborating with auditors and tax consultants for statutory audits and filings. - Upholding compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Budgeting & Financial Planning: - Formulating budgets, forecasts, and financial strategies to enhance business growth. - Analyzing financial data to offer insights for cost reduction and profitability improvement. - Monitoring cash flow and addressing working capital requirements. Financial Reporting & MIS: - Creating and delivering periodic financial reports to the management. - Generating MIS reports, conducting variance analysis, and developing financial dashboards for informed decision-making. - Assisting in financial risk assessment and implementing internal controls. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. - Professional certifications (CA, CPA, CMA, ACCA) are preferred but not mandatory. - Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, etc.). - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. - Sound knowledge of financial regulations, taxation, and compliance. - Ability to multitask and meet deadlines effectively. This is a full-time position with benefits including leave encashment, paid sick time, and paid time off. The work schedule is during day shifts with additional perks such as performance bonuses and yearly bonuses. The work location is in person.
