Assistant Manager - F&B

As an F&B Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, which include restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service. Your role will focus on maintaining high standards of customer service, operational efficiency, staff performance, and revenue generation. Additionally, you will be involved in budgeting, inventory control, training, and ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards. Your key responsibilities will include managing the day-to-day F&B operations across all outlets, supervising and coordinating activities of F&B team members to ensure customer satisfaction, monitoring service standards to ensure consistent guest experiences, and supporting the F&B Manager in planning and implementing menus in coordination with chefs. You will also assist in forecasting, budgeting, and cost control for the department, oversee inventory management, ordering, and stock rotation to minimize wastage, and ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations. Furthermore, you will handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally, assist in recruiting, training, and evaluating F&B staff, monitor staff schedules to optimize manpower utilization, and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth service operations for events and banquets. You will also be responsible for analyzing sales and operational data to support strategic decisions and promotions.
