Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager F&B (Male) to manage day-to-day F&B operations, ensure service excellence, drive guest satisfaction, and support business profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage F&B operations at site
Ensure guest satisfaction through quality service
Supervise, train & motivate service staff
Control food & beverage costs and consumption reports
Maintain hygiene, safety & company standards
Plan menus, events & promotions in coordination with the team
Build strong client relationships and ensure smooth service delivery
Requirements:
Male candidate only
Graduate / Diploma in Hospitality / Hotel Management
Minimum 7 years of F&B operations experience
Strong leadership, communication & guest-handling skills
Knowledge of IDP (In-patient Department)
Good computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel)
