Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibility for all Farmers welfare, Branding and soil testing activities through soil testing lab/MSTV.
Planning and proper execution to popularise our brand in markets.
Timely collection of soil samples, analysis and provide the health Card.
Good liaison with state government and research institutions.
Motivate and develop Teams to drive for results in effective manner.
Achieving monthly/ annual targets as per Plan
Actively participation in Brand building & product promotions activity.
Monitoring Market trends and competitors activities.
Planning and execution of promotional activities on monthly basis for brand building.
Participation in preparation of Crop Literature, Technical leaflet, POP materials for farmers in local languages.
Well organised farmers training program and popularise our services among farming community.
Participation of Govt. promoted activities i.e. Farmers fair, Soil Health Campaign, Farmers Meeting, Farmers Training Program etc. as per suitability.

Preferred candidate profile

M. Sc. (Ag) in Agril. Chemistry and Soil Science with 3-5 years of experience in Agriculture Extension and research activities.
