Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

On-Time Resolution of Customer Technical Complaints:

Maintain records to achieve on-time resolution of customer technical complaints.

Analyze and document customer complaints for continuous improvement.

Organizing Training at Site:

Coordinate and organize training sessions at the site.

Covering technical equipment/systems such as STP, DG Set, Transformer, HT/LT Switchgears, Hydro pneumatics System, Fire-Fighting and Fire Alarm, Elevator System (Passenger & Car), Plumbing System, WTP System, Stack Parking, Glass Facade System, CC-TV, Intercom System, HVAC System.

Liaise with vendors to conduct important technical training sessions.

Project Coordination:

Coordinate projects to ensure smooth functioning of the site.

Highlight pending project issues to the project department.

Prepare a list of pending jobs and follow up with the project team.

Preparing & Completing Equipment Inventory:

Prepare and maintain a comprehensive equipment inventory.

Create history cards for equipment to assess health and performance.

PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance):

Adhere to the site PPM calendar for the full year.

Ensure all Planned Preventive Maintenance activities are completed as per schedule.

AMC

Track and renew Annual Maintenance Contracts for utility equipment.

Ensure all AMC work is completed according to standards.

Technical Area Billing:

Check and process vendor bills for technical areas.

Certify all bills and forward them for processing.

Asset Handover:

Ensure a smooth transition of all technical assets from the project phase to Facility.

Check all assets as per Handover Takeover (HOTO) process.

Escalate any pending points to the project team and ensure corrections are made.

Major Activities

Maintain Call Records:

Document customer technical complaints and resolutions.

Vendor Collaboration for Technical Trainings:

Coordinate with vendors for essential technical training sessions.

Highlight Project Issues:

Identify and communicate pending project issues to the project department.

Asset Tagging:

Implement systematic asset tagging for efficient equipment management.

Set Site PPM Calendar:

Establish a comprehensive Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) calendar.

Track AMC Renewals:

Monitor and renew Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for utility equipment.

Certify Vendor Bills:

Review and certify vendor bills for technical services.

Tech Asset Handover:

Facilitate smooth handover of technical assets from project to facility.
