Role Overview

Draftsman

Key Responsibilities

• Branch & Corporate Office Design

• Prepare detailed

  2D/3D layouts, floor plans, and working drawings

  for new branches and corporate offices.
• Ensure designs align with

  business requirements, compliance norms, and brand identity

  .
• Develop

  space planning solutions

  to optimize branch functionality and customer experience.

• Coordination & Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with

  architects, consultants, vendors, and contractors

  to finalize layouts and design details.
• Incorporate feedback from internal stakeholders (business teams, operations, compliance) into design revisions.
• Support project managers in ensuring timely delivery of design-related inputs.

• Standardization & New Model Development

• Assist in creating

  standard design templates and guidelines

  for branches and offices.
• Work on

  new branch models and innovative layouts

  to improve efficiency and aesthetics.
• Maintain a

  repository of design standards, furniture specifications, and material finishes

  .

• Documentation & Compliance

• Coordinate for

  as-built drawings

  and maintain updated records of all branch layouts.
• Ensure all designs comply with

  statutory regulations, safety norms, and corporate policies

  .
• Provide technical support during site inspections and audits.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in

  Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Drafting

  (or equivalent).

• 3-6 years of experience

  as a Draftsman in commercial projects, preferably in BFSI, NBFC, or retail sectors.
• Proficiency in

  AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar drafting/design software

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  commercial interiors, space planning, and MEP coordination

  .

  in drafting.
• Ability to

  interpret business requirements

  and translate them into functional layouts.
• Good communication and coordination skills for working with

• Ability to work under tight timelines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
