Perform and review daily/weekly/monthly bank reconciliations.
Ensure timely vendor and customer account reconciliations.Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
Ensure compliance with all applicable statutory requirements including ROC filings, income tax, GST, and TDS.
Assist in the preparation of statutory audits and coordinate with external auditors.
Monitor companys cash flow, fund planning and liquidity management.
Handle payments and banking relationships efficiently.Optimize utilization of credit limits, manage investments, and ensure timely payments.
Oversee GST computation, returns filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9), and ensure ITC reconciliation. Manage TDS deduction, payments, returns (24Q, 26Q), and issue of Form 16/16A. Ensure accuracy and timely compliance with all tax-related filings.
Education: B.Com/M.Com or CA-Inter/MBA Finance
Experience: 7+ years of hands-on experience in a finance/accounting roleStrong knowledge of Indian taxation laws (GST, TDS), accounting principles, and statutory requirementsExperience using ERP systems (Tally/SAP/Zoho) and advanced proficiency in ExcelAbility to work independently, manage deadlines, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
