Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurgaon for an Assistant Manager Enterprises position. The Assistant Manager will oversee enterprise client portfolios, drive sales and revenue growth, manage account relationships, and ensure service delivery excellence. Responsibilities include developing client strategies, leading business development initiatives, coordinating with internal teams, and analyzing client needs to offer tailored solutions. The role requires proactive problem-solving and the ability to nurture long-term partnerships with enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
• Proficiency in Client Relationship Management and Customer Service
• Knowledge of Internet Services, Telecom, and VoIP technologies
• Analytical and Strategic Thinking skills to customize solutions and meet client needs
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus
• Experience in the telecom or Internet services industry is advantageous
