Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP CS solutions.
Configure and customize the SAP CS module, including Service Orders, Notifications, Warranties, Installed Base, and related components.
Integrate SAP CS with other SAP modules such as SD (Sales Distribution), MM (Materials Management), PM (Plant Maintenance), and FI (Financial Accounting).
Provide end-user training and ongoing support during and after SAP CS implementations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery and integration.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP CS processes, configurations, and integrations.
Prepare detailed functional specifications for custom developments and enhancements within the SAP CS module.
Participate in system upgrades, testing, and documentation activities to ensure system reliability and compliance.
Maintain a strong understanding of service management processes, including repairs, warranties, and service contracts.
Leverage experience with integration points between SAP CS and other SAP modules to optimize business processes.

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
SAP certification in Customer Service (CS) or related modules is preferred.
Additional certifications or coursework in project management or related SAP modules (SD, MM, PM, FI) are a plus.
