Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team in the Engineering Foundry & Managed Services division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and management, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the foundry operations, ensuring high-quality production and meeting customer requirements.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Lead and motivate a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure success.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in foundry operations or managed services.
Strong knowledge of engineering principles, practices, and procedures.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
