Job Responsibilities:

Ensure M/c availability to production to achieve monthly production target.

Ensure effective preventive maintenance program and CLTI program to increase effective operation of m/c with minimum breakdown in tablet section.

Ensure highest standard of safety is being followed for all engineering related activity.

Lead the cross functional team for specific projects Support the team for AQR compliance.

Devise and execute projects specific to machine installation, productivity, improvements, energy saving initiative etc.

Ensure best engineering & GMP practices is being followed while executing all engineering related work.

Documentation preparation and maintenance as per QA / cGMP guidelines and engineering standard.

Ensure production facility is maintained as per cGMP requirements. Execute the work assigned by the superiors on timely manner.

To follow all engineering related SOP and update all records accordingly.

To maintain spares of machines as per the requirement for Tablet section.

To complete all jobs assigned by Department head.

To handle all responsibility while working in shift related to manufacturing and utility area. Provide best technical solution for machine related issue.

To Handle all job responsibility in absence of Mr. Suraj Naik.

To deliver the training at site on GMP topics, SOPs and other technical topics.
