Assistant Manager Employer Connect

As an Employer Connect-AM at Dr Reddys Foundation (DRF), your role involves acting as a recruitment and career consultant for people with physical and sensory disabilities. You will be responsible for sourcing suitable work placement opportunities for these individuals and serving as the main liaison between them and the employers. Your key responsibilities include: - Constantly reviewing and ensuring that the needs of both PWDs and employers are taken into consideration - Working with employers to understand their hiring requirements and providing suggestions on job redesigning or accommodation - Supporting PWDs in adjusting to their jobs and ensuring fair and equitable treatment by the employer - Seeking support from the Territory Head and other functions to achieve specific measurable outcomes and track results - Identifying mainstream employment opportunities for PWDs in suitable job roles - Bringing placement leads from tier 1 and tier 2 companies with an average salary of 1.5 - 2 lakhs per annum - Exploring apprenticeship options for candidates - Approaching special services like sensitization workshops, job mapping, sign language training, etc. - Focusing on bringing job leads for individuals with visual impairment, intellectual disability, cerebral palsy, acid attack survivors, dwarfism, etc. - Signing MoUs with employers for hiring and providing services - Supporting in conducting sensitization workshops - Achieving 70% placements in all the assigned batches Qualifications required for this role include any graduation degree.
