You will be working as an Employer Connect-AM at Dr Reddys Foundation (DRF), a not-for-profit organization dedicated to empowering socially and economically vulnerable groups since 1996. Your primary responsibility will be to serve as a recruitment and career consultant for individuals with physical and sensory disabilities. In this role, you will be tasked with identifying suitable work placement opportunities for persons with disabilities (PWDs) by establishing strong relationships with employers. You will act as the main point of contact between PWDs and employers, ensuring that the needs of both parties are met effectively. By collaborating with employers, you will gain insights into their hiring requirements and offer recommendations for job redesign or accommodation to make the roles more accessible. Furthermore, you will provide ongoing support to both the PWDs and the employers post-placement to facilitate a smooth transition into the job and ensure fair treatment by the employer. You will work closely with the Territory Head and other relevant functions to achieve specific measurable outcomes and monitor the results accordingly. Your key responsibilities will include identifying mainstream employment opportunities for PWDs, bringing placement leads from reputable companies, exploring apprenticeship options, and organizing sensitization workshops. You will focus on securing job leads for individuals with various disabilities such as Visual impairment, Intellectual disability, Cerebral palsy, Acid attack survivors, and Dwarfism. Additionally, you will be involved in signing Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with employers for hiring and service provision, as well as conducting sensitization workshops to raise awareness. Your goal will be to achieve a 70% placement rate in all the assigned batches. To qualify for this role, you are required to have any graduation degree.
