Objectives of the Position:

• Coordinating CED Line Activities across ASM customer lines.
• Technical support whenever required at customer end.
• Trials, Validation at lab and customer end whenever required.
• New Line Commissioning Activities and stabilization of new lines.
• Trouble shooting at lines.

Main Areas of Responsibilities:

• Analysis of E-coat line bath samples reports and suggest corrective actions.
• Give Technical support for smooth running of all OEM lines.
• Validation of changes in line with respect to output parameters of CED quality.
• Interacting with customers and develop good trust and bonds with customers.
• Supporting all Paint Validation tests as per customer specification.
• To provide sustainable solutions for CED operations.
• Quick effective trouble shooting for Line related problems.
• Scouting for new businesses and assisting KAM for new business development.

Job Skills:

• Knowledge of all products of CED.
• Knowledge of different Line design systems.
• Communication skills.

Job requirements:

• Education in Paint Technology
• 10+ years of experience in Automotive CED application field.
• Working in Automotive Industry with experience in CED, is preferred.
