Job Description

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the industrial and infrastructure sectors.
Actively seek out new business opportunities by networking, cold calling, and visiting potential clients.
Promote and sell of metal building components i.e roofing sheets, cladding, GI purlin and Deck sheet and industrial roofing solutions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, and project owners.
Conduct site visits and technical discussions to understand project requirements.
Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals.
Collaborate with design, estimation, SCM, PPC and execution teams for smooth project handover and execution.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to regional growth strategy.
Organising , events i.e seminar , Industrial exp.
Specification activities in the region.
Track sales activities and provide regular reports to senior management on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to develop effective promotional materials.
Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure solutions are technically viable and meet customer requirements.
