Job Description

As a Team Member - Customer Relations at Adani Group, your role will involve supporting client relationship management by leveraging your knowledge of dredging operations and CRM systems to enhance growth and satisfaction through effective communication and tailored solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Project Planning & Scheduling - Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera and MS Project. - Coordinate with planning team, project managers, works managers, site engineers, and other stakeholders to align timelines. - Monitor progress against baseline schedules and update forecasts. - Production Monitoring - Track performance of dredgers, EMEs at reclamation site, daily output, and resource utilization. - Prepare production reports and analyze efficiency trends. - Identify bottlenecks and propose corrective measures. - Costing & Budget Control - Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and financial forecasts for new dredging and reclamation works. - Monitor actual costs vs. budget and highlight variances. - Data Analysis & Reporting - Utilize Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint to prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations. - Provide insights into productivity, cost efficiency, and project KPIs. - Prepare Project closure reports with detailed analysis. - Prepare periodical performance reports of the dredgers and Project progress reports. - Maintain accurate records of production, costs, and project milestones. Required Skills & Competencies: - Strong knowledge of dredging and land reclamation processes. - Expertise in Primavera for project scheduling and tracking. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI for data analysis and reporting. - Ability to interpret technical drawings, hydrographic survey data, and dredger logs. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Team collaboration with cross-functional departments (operations, finance, procurement). Qualifications: - Education Qualification: BE/BTech (Civil, Mechanical, Harbor Engineering), ME/MTECH/MBA (preferable) - Work Experience: 3 - 10 years of relevant experience in the same field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the dredging industry (preferable).,
