Position: Assistant Manager- Documentation and Logistics Urgent opening in speciality chemicals manufacturer based in Marine lines, Mumbai, it is a lean office, only 3 persons are working . Manufacturing plant in Indore, lean organization, The company was incorporated in 2022. it focuses on providing high-quality chemicals and strives for innovation and delivery in the chemical industry majorly exports oriented They are known for partnering with industry leaders to supply advanced chemical. Job Description: Preparation of all export based documentation for submission foreign customers and shipping agent for exports Co-ordinate with all stakeholders such as supplier, customer, shipping agents, insurance agencies etc to ensure smooth execution of orders Troubleshoot any emergencies or issues that arise from orders End-to-end responsibility on documentation and logistics for all orders Ad-hoc admin related work such as document submissions to banks etc Obtain quotations for all freight related services from approved shipping agents and negotiate and finalise the most competitive rates for all order Job Specification Should have knowledge of documentation and handling of chemicals, specifically haz chemicals.
