It is highly efficient and lean organisation. This is a performance-driven and growth-oriented environment company. Number of Employees- 85 Turnover- 20 Cr (2024-25) Expected turnover - 50 Cr (2025-26) Position Name- Head- Production Job Location- Manesar Reporting to Director Coordination- Head Operations Reportees 16 persons Current ERP System- Pro ERP, knowledge of MS Excel and Basic computer. Working Hours- 8 AM to 8 PM (including Lunch and tea breaks) CANDIDATE who is physically fit, only apply please. Job Description / Technical Competencies- 1). Design, test, and evaluate systems, components, or processes based on engineering principles. 2). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones and deadlines. 3). Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and documentation. 4). Conduct root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions for engineering issues. 5). Ensure compliance with relevant safety and environmental standards. 6). Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and innovation projects. 7). Provide technical support during production, installation, or implementation phases.
