Key Responsibilities: Lead and implement energy efficiency and electrical optimization projects from start to finish Drive independent cost-saving initiatives in power and machine consumption Conduct in-depth energy audits as a Lead Certified Energy Auditor Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to ensure reliable and smooth plant operations Identify and execute strategies to reduce energy consumption and improve system performance Prepare reports, dashboards, and technical documentation for internal stakeholders Ensure compliance with electrical safety norms and industry standards Stay ahead of the curve by exploring emerging technologies in electrical and energy management Qualifications & Skills: Educational Background: B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering Experience: 8+years in a manufacturing setup such as Steel, Cement, Pharma, Automotive, or Plastics or Energy Consulting firms.
