Role: Energy Lead Job Location: Jhagadia, Gujarat Should have experience of working on Energy Balance (Process as well as Utility) along with optimization of Energy, Focus on improvement in terms of cost saving and energy saving and exploration of New Technologies related to Energies Key Responsibilities: * Identifying scope for energy savings projects. * Saving potential workout, CAPEX ROI prevalidation with technical & finance team. * ENCON project conceptualization to commissioning * ENCON project post commissioning assessment & ROI post validation with technical & finance team. * Integration of energy efficiency in utility selection for new green field projects * Techno financial discussions * Presentation preparation of ongoing activities / projects for maintenance review * Monthly energy bill data tracking and monitoring & plan corrective actions plans if observed deviation in norms * To support project team during project commissioning as and when required basis * Consultant, vendor management * Handling energy conservations projects independently * Project implementation and follow-up with operations teams on the efficiency parameters * Training and skill development to handle critical utilities like steam, chilled water, chilled brine and related efficiency aspects * Gap analysis for utility requirements (energy balance) to identify scope for improvements. * Commissioning of new equipment and analysis of result with rated specs * Ensuring safe working conditions and safe working practices on site * Follow safety practices / procedures, change management, PSR & PSSR activities * Event management in context with energy conversation like national energy conservation week and related training & awareness programs.
