Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager / Deputy Sales Manager located in Vellore. The role involves managing sales activities, identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. The candidate will also be responsible for tracking sales performance, implementing effective sales strategies, and preparing regular sales reports.

Qualifications

• Sales and Business Development skills, including identifying opportunities and meeting targets
• Customer Relationship Management skills and the ability to build and maintain partnerships
• Strategic Thinking and Analytical skills for implementing and optimizing sales strategies
• Strong Communication and Networking skills for engaging with clients and stakeholders
• Proficiency in market research techniques and understanding of financial products is advantageous
• Candidate with DSA Handling in unsecured loans like Business Loans or personal loans or professional Loans will be preferred
