Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager & Deputy Manager, located in Ahmedabad. Focused on promotions Wonderla resorts and amusement among the trade partners.

Candidate with proficiency over MICE is additional advantage for Wonderla Resort at Bengaluru.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
• Experience in the amusement park or hospitality industry is a plus
• Strong skills in customer service and maintaining safety standards
• Knowledge of Gujarat outbound tours and education tour operators preferred
• Event planning and coordination skills
• Performance monitoring and reporting skills
• Ability to implement improvements and enhance operational efficiency
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
