Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager - Training

As a Training & Development Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and managing the onboarding, induction, and training program for academic talent to ensure a smooth transition and job readiness. Your key responsibilities will include: - Curating learning & engagement content for the in-house LMS and conducting soft skills training sessions for staff members as needed. - Preparing & publishing performance reports of training participants in a timely manner. - Designing content & developing training programs based on need analysis (TNA). - Discussing & understanding training needs (TNI) by closely working with concerned authorities like Regional Heads/Regional Director. In terms of Employee Engagement, you will be required to: - Conduct Focused Group Discussions & Employee Monthly Connects to engage with internal & external customers, establish connections, understand concerns, and identify gaps to enhance services. - Formulate & host Cultural Awareness Programs to foster a healthy & value-driven work culture within the team. Desired Qualifications & Skill Requirements: - 4 to 6 years of experience in Induction Training & Soft Skill sessions. - High energy, collaborative attitude, with the ability to develop & maintain strong relationships. - Creative thinking, problem-solving skills, and an enterprising work style. - Familiarity with content creation tools like Camtasia, Canva, Powtoons will be an added advantage.,
