Job Description

Role Overview: As a Training & Development Specialist, your main responsibility will be to plan, develop, and manage the onboarding, induction, and training program for academic talent. You will curate learning and engagement content for the in-house LMS and conduct soft skills training sessions for staff members. Additionally, you will design content and develop training programs based on need analysis and collaborate closely with regional authorities to understand training needs. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, develop & manage onboarding, induction & training program for academic talent - Curate learning & engagement content for in-house LMS - Conduct soft skills training sessions for staff members - Prepare & publish performance reports of training participants - Design content & develop training programs based on need analysis - Conduct Focused Group Discussions & Employee Monthly Connects - Formulate & host Cultural Awareness Program to establish a healthy work culture Qualification Required: - 4 to 6 years of experience in Induction Training & Soft Skill sessions - High energy, collaborative attitude, ability to develop & maintain strong relationships - Creative thinking, problem solving & enterprising work style - Familiarity with content creation tools like Camtasia, Canva, Powtoons will be an added advantage.
