Assistant Manager - Debt Management Services - The Wheels
Job Purpose
Achieving targets in various assigned parameters. Oversee the Car Finance business while maintaining compliance. Handle partners and agencies. Duties and Responsibilities

Achieve collections targets by visiting customers/agencies.

Monitor performance against set parameters and provide regular updates.

Ensure legal guidelines are complied with during product repossession.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Provide regular reports on collection activities and performance.

Handle escalations promptly and effectively to resolve issues.

Manage Daily Risk Reports (DRR).

Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates.

Track cases individually.

Ensure resolution as per AOP within agreed timelines.

Portfolio management.

Debt collection strategy development.

Achieve set targets.

Ensure regulatory compliance.

Reporting and analysis.

Risk management.

Team leadership.

Vendor management.

Coordinate with internal and external clients.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Experience in achieving collections targets by visiting customers/agencies.

Ability to monitor performance against set parameters and provide regular updates.

Understanding of compliance with legal guidelines during repossession.

Skill in maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Experience providing regular reports on collection activities and performance.

Ability to handle escalations effectively and resolve issues promptly.

Proficiency in Daily Risk Report (DRR) management.

Capability to develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates.

Case-by-case tracking and resolution within agreed timelines as per AOP.

Experience in portfolio management.

Expertise in debt collection strategy.
