 Assistant Manager - Debt Management Services - The Wheels 
 Job Purpose 
Achieving targets in various assigned parameters. Oversee the Car Finance business while maintaining compliance. Handle partners and agencies.  Duties and Responsibilities 
  • Achieve collections targets by visiting customers/agencies.
  • Monitor performance against set parameters and provide regular updates.
  • Ensure legal guidelines are complied with during product repossession.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Provide regular reports on collection activities and performance.
  • Handle escalations promptly and effectively to resolve issues.
  • Manage Daily Risk Reports (DRR).
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates.
  • Track cases individually.
  • Ensure resolution as per AOP within agreed timelines.
  • Portfolio management.
  • Debt collection strategy development.
  • Achieve set targets.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Reporting and analysis.
  • Risk management.
  • Team leadership.
  • Vendor management.
  • Coordinate with internal and external clients.

  •  Required Qualifications and Experience 
  • Experience in achieving collections targets by visiting customers/agencies.
  • Ability to monitor performance against set parameters and provide regular updates.
  • Understanding of compliance with legal guidelines during repossession.
  • Skill in maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Experience providing regular reports on collection activities and performance.
  • Ability to handle escalations effectively and resolve issues promptly.
  • Proficiency in Daily Risk Report (DRR) management.
  • Capability to develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates.
  • Case-by-case tracking and resolution within agreed timelines as per AOP.
  • Experience in portfolio management.
  • Expertise in debt collection strategy.
  • Demonstrated target achievement.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements.
