Assistant Manager - Debt Management Services - The Wheels
Job Purpose
Achieving targets in various parameters assigned. Oversee the car finance business while maintaining compliance. Responsible for managing partners and agencies. Duties and Responsibilities

Achieve collections target by visiting customers/agencies.

Monitor performance against set parameters and provide regular updates.

Ensure legal guidelines are complied with while repossessing products.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Provide regular reports on collection activities and performance.

Handle escalations promptly and effectively to resolve issues.

Daily DRR (Daily Risk Report) management.

Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates.

Case-to-case tracking.

Ensure resolution as per AOP within agreed timelines.

Portfolio management.

Debt collection strategy.

Target achievement.

Regulatory compliance.

Reporting and analysis.

Risk management.

Team leadership.

Vendor management.

Coordinating with internal and external clients.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Experience in debt collection, agency management, or car finance preferred.

Strong understanding of regulatory compliance related to debt management.

Proven track record in achieving collection targets.

Ability to handle escalations and resolve issues effectively.

Experience in portfolio management, risk management, and reporting.

Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.

Experience in vendor management and working with internal/external stakeholders.
