 Assistant Manager - Debt Management Services - The Wheels 
 Job Purpose 
Achieve targets across various assigned parameters. Oversee the Car Finance business while maintaining compliance. Handle partners and agencies effectively.  Duties and Responsibilities 
  • Achieve collections targets by visiting customers/agencies.
  • Monitor performance against set parameters and provide regular updates.
  • Ensure legal guidelines are complied with during product repossession.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Provide regular reports on collection activities and performance.
  • Handle escalations promptly and effectively to resolve issues.
  • Daily DRR (Daily Risk Report) management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates.
  • Track cases on a case-by-case basis.
  • Ensure resolution as per AOP within agreed timelines.
  • Portfolio management.
  • Debt collection strategy development and execution.
  • Target achievement monitoring.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Reporting and analysis.
  • Risk management.
  • Team leadership.
  • Vendor management.
  • Coordinate with internal and external clients.

  •  Required Qualifications and Experience 
  • Experience in achieving collection targets by interacting with customers/agencies.
  • Ability to monitor performance and provide regular updates.
  • Knowledge of legal guidelines for repossessing products.
  • Skill in maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Proficiency in reporting collection activities and performance.
  • Experience handling escalations and resolving issues effectively.
  • Familiarity with DRR (Daily Risk Report) management.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategies for improved collection rates.
  • Strong case tracking and resolution skills within agreed timelines.
  • Portfolio management experience.
  • Understanding of debt collection strategies.
  • Demonstrated success in target achievement.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance in debt management services.
  • Skills in reporting, analysis, and risk management.
  • Experience in team leadership and vendor management.
  • Ability to coordinate with both internal and external clients.
