 Assistant Manager - Debt Management Services - The Wheels 
 Job Purpose 
Achieving targets in various assigned parameters. Oversee car finance business while maintaining compliance. Responsible for handling partners and agencies.  Duties and Responsibilities 
  • Achieve collections targets by visiting customers and agencies.
  • Monitor performance against set parameters and provide regular updates.
  • Ensure legal guidelines are complied with during product repossession.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Provide regular reports on collection activities and performance.
  • Handle escalations promptly and effectively to resolve issues.
  • Daily management of DRR (Daily Risk Report).
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates.
  • Track cases individually and ensure resolution as per AOP within agreed timelines.
  • Portfolio management.
  • Develop and execute debt collection strategies.
  • Achieve assigned targets.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Reporting and analysis.
  • Risk management.
  • Team leadership.
  • Vendor management.
  • Coordinate with internal and external clients.

  •  Required Qualifications and Experience 
  • Experience in achieving collections targets by engaging with customers and agencies.
  • Ability to monitor and report on performance against set parameters.
  • Understanding of legal guidelines for repossession.
  • Strong record-keeping and reporting skills.
  • Proven ability to resolve escalations promptly and effectively.
  • Experience with DRR (Daily Risk Report) management.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategies for improved collection rates.
  • Experience in case tracking and timely resolution as per AOP.
  • Portfolio management skills.
  • Strong debt collection strategy knowledge.
  • History of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Competence in reporting and analysis.
  • Risk management experience.
  • Team leadership abilities.
  • Vendor management experience.
  • Excellent coordination skills with internal and external clients.
