Assistant Manager - Debt Management Services - The Wheels
Job Purpose
Achieving targets in various assigned parameters. Oversee car finance business while maintaining compliance. Responsible for handling partners and agencies. Duties and Responsibilities

Achieve collections targets by visiting customers and agencies.

Monitor performance against set parameters and provide regular updates.

Ensure legal guidelines are complied with during product repossession.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Provide regular reports on collection activities and performance.

Handle escalations promptly and effectively to resolve issues.

Daily management of DRR (Daily Risk Report).

Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates.

Track cases individually and ensure resolution as per AOP within agreed timelines.

Portfolio management.

Develop and execute debt collection strategies.

Achieve assigned targets.

Ensure regulatory compliance.

Reporting and analysis.

Risk management.

Team leadership.

Vendor management.

Coordinate with internal and external clients.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Experience in achieving collections targets by engaging with customers and agencies.

Ability to monitor and report on performance against set parameters.

Understanding of legal guidelines for repossession.

Strong record-keeping and reporting skills.

Proven ability to resolve escalations promptly and effectively.

Experience with DRR (Daily Risk Report) management.

Ability to develop and implement strategies for improved collection rates.

Experience in case tracking and timely resolution as per AOP.

Portfolio management skills.

Strong debt collection strategy knowledge.

History of meeting or exceeding targets.

Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements.
