Job Description

Assistant Manager - Debt Management Services - The Wheels
Job Purpose
Achieve assigned targets across various parameters. Oversee the Car Finance business while maintaining compliance. Handle partners and agencies effectively. Duties and Responsibilities

Achieve collections targets by visiting customers and agencies.

Monitor performance against set parameters and provide regular updates.

Ensure compliance with legal guidelines during product repossession.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Provide regular reports on collection activities and performance.

Handle escalations promptly and effectively to resolve issues.

Manage Daily Risk Reports (DRR).

Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates.

Case-to-case tracking and resolution within agreed timelines as per AOP.

Portfolio management and debt collection strategy execution.

Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management.

Reporting and analysis of collection activities.

Lead and manage team members.

Vendor management.

Coordinate with internal and external clients.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Experience in achieving collection targets by interacting with customers/agencies.

Ability to monitor and report performance against set parameters.

Knowledge of legal compliance related to repossession processes.

Strong record-keeping and reporting skills.

Experience in handling escalations and resolving issues efficiently.

Proficiency in daily risk report management.

Ability to develop strategies to improve collection rates.

Experience in portfolio management and debt collection strategies.

Understanding of regulatory compliance and risk management.

Skills in reporting, analysis, and vendor management.

Team leadership experience.

Excellent coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders.
