Role Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Assistant Manager – Corporate Sales & Weddings to grow our B2B business and high-end wedding segment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, executing event planning, and achieving sales targets in line with the resort's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Sales

  • Identify and pursue new B2B business opportunities including MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions)
  • Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, DMCs, and event management companies
  • Prepare customized proposals, negotiate rates, and close contracts to ensure high occupancy
  • Maintain client database and follow-up regularly for repeat business
  • Participate in trade shows, sales blitz, and networking events

Weddings & Social Events

  • Act as the key contact for wedding clients from enquiry to execution
  • Collaborate with event planners, decorators, caterers, and vendors to ensure flawless events
  • Conduct site visits and show-rounds for potential clients
  • Prepare wedding packages and maintain up-to-date event portfolios
  • Manage logistics, timelines, and budgets for wedding events

Reporting & Coordination

  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of events
  • Provide weekly/monthly sales reports to the management
  • Track performance against targets and budgets

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales (preferably in hospitality/event sales)
  • Proven track record in closing high-value deals (corporate accounts or weddings)
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and hotel sales platforms
