Assistant Manager Corporate Finance

This position will be responsible for all Banking and other compliances as required by the Law related to the Credit Facility of the Company. He/she will be responsible for all the documents to be executed and Security to be maintained with the Banks. Also, He/she shall hack and maintain records and data related to the Banking Facility.

Role & Responsibilities

Preparation of data and reports related to the Credit Facility of the company. Ensure timely and Accurate payment to the Ranks as per sanctioned limits.

Preparation and submission of timely and accurate data /certificates to the Banks as per the requirements of the Bank and the Law.

Tracking of Payments related to Projects and coordinating with Banks for Disbursement. Coordinate and maintain relations with the Bankers of the company.

Coordinating with CA/ Auditors for various certificates related to End use, etc. Execute and ensure timely documentation related to the credit facility and related security.

Tracking of various assets and land, and related documents of the company. Overseeing the Financial transactions of the company and ensuring the transactions are accurate and in compliance with law.

QUALIFICATIONS. BASIC: B.Com / BBA - Additional: CMA/ CA/ MBA (Finance)

EXPERIENCE: - 5 to B years of Experience
