Assistant Manager

• Plan and execute pan India bulk hiring drives for Tech, Data, and Product roles across multiple locations
• Manage high volume hiring with a strong focus on engineering, data, and product talent
• Own end to end hiring delivery with minimal supervision
• Ensure speed, quality, and consistency across locations

• Onboard, manage, and scale regional and local recruitment consultants across India
• Build strong location wise consultant networks
• Drive closures, timelines, and accountability from consultants
• Track performance and delivery metrics

• Independently close tech, data, and product roles through direct sourcing when bulk hiring is not active
• Use job portals, referrals, and internal sourcing tools effectively
• Build and maintain pan India talent pipelines

• Partner with hiring managers to understand regional hiring plans and timelines
• Share clear updates on hiring progress, risks, and outcomes
• Take ownership of delivery instead of relying on escalations

• Maintain hiring trackers and basic reports
• Ensure smooth coordination from offer release to onboarding

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline, with BTech or BE preferred
• MBA or PGDM in HR is preferred but not mandatory
• Has run scale hiring on the ground
• Can manage consultants across locations
• Knows closures, negotiations, and drop out management
• Can handle pressure and ambiguity
