Assistant Manager, Contract Management

Key Responsibilities: - Draft, review, modify, and negotiate commercial vendor contracts such as MSAs, NDAs, Consulting agreements, DP agreements, Events contracts, and Software Subscription/Licensing Agreements. - Advise and collaborate with internal stakeholders and client/customer contacts on contract requirements to ensure compliance with the company's contracting policies. - Enforce contract management policies and procedures, and develop/improve contract templates and contracting practices. - Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations by business units and coordinate with the privacy counsel on privacy matters. - Assist senior Legal team members in additional/special projects. Qualifications Required: - Minimum LL.B/LLM, BA. LL. B (Hons.) degree. - 5+ years of relevant legal contracts experience in drafting, vetting, and negotiating commercial contracts (IT and Non-IT). - Strong skills in reporting, research, and legal administration.
