Assistant Manager

In this role, you will work closely with the Admission and Counselling Team to educate them about the latest updates. You will be responsible for handling the team of counsellors and filing officers, implementing result-oriented strategies and planning. As the process owner for all clients of the branch (students), you will ensure that they are serviced and guided well throughout the entire student Visa application process. Your responsibilities will include cross-checking complete visa application documentation, ensuring the accuracy of all financial and background-related papers, and providing guidance to the team in managing students and preparing visa files. Additionally, you will be expected to make appropriate decisions to increase visa approvals, train students for Visa Interviews, and efficiently utilize the company's CRM portal for routine activities. Leading the team to update the status of all leads, students, and applications into CRM without delay, resolving routine CRM-related issues, and maintaining the branch's records and facilities will also be part of your role. You will manage educational fairs and seminars, maintain updated records of the team's progress, and counsel clients about student visa processes and requirements for various countries. Routinely auditing the records of registered clients and proactively identifying and resolving issues to retain clients will also be crucial aspects of your responsibilities. Qualification Required: - 2-5 years of experience in a similar field. - Strong knowledge of Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Europe Visa Rules & Regulations. - Good understanding of the Visa application process, documentation requirements, etc. - Result-oriented with the ability to work under pressure to achieve desired outcomes. - Excellent communication skills (both verbal & written), pleasing personality, confidence, good keyboard skills, and academic proficiency. - Ability to effectively communicate with students and individuals of all age groups and backgrounds. - Flexibility regarding working hours. - Encourages input and ideas from others.
