Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze, prioritize, classify, and schedule Requests for Change (RFCs).
Confirm the scope of changes, assess dependencies, and evaluate impact on the production environment.
Coordinate with relevant parties for change and release build, testing, and implementation strategies.
Escalate RFCs beyond CAB control to the IT executive committee.
Review implemented changes to ensure objectives are met.
Monitor outstanding RFCs awaiting consideration or action.
Analyze change records to identify trends or recurring issues and facilitate corrective actions.
Facilitate process audits and drive continual improvement initiatives.
Apply structured global change management methodology and lead deployment activities.
Develop and execute change management strategy, plans, and interventions.
Work with stakeholders to create awareness, engagement, and realize the benefits of change.
Support execution of change activities across global regions and sites as necessary.
Track and lead Change Management KPIs to achieve organizational goals.
Lead and mentor a team, allocate daily tasks, and ensure effective performance management.
