Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage daily operations of Every day EMI product- post disbursment, repayment, reversal, closure, settlements.
Monitor pending cases, exceptions,approval, workflows etc
Co-ordinate with Sales, product, partner, customer service to ensure smooth cross functional operations.
Ensure daily reconciliation between internal systems & partner systems.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate/post graduate in Commerce.
4-6 years experience in Operations within BFSI industry.
Understanding of loan lifecyle operations, repayment, closure, loan servicing, post disbursment operations.
Strong excel & communication skill.
Good at stakeholder management.
