Job Description / Responsibilities:

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends and opportunities in the educational sector in Bengaluru, including analyzing competitor activities and educational policies.
  • Target and acquire new institutional clients, such as schools and colleges, negotiating terms and agreements to establish mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Work closely with institutional clients in Bengaluru to understand their target market and business goals, creating customized packages that meet their specific needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials tailored to the educational sector in Bengaluru, highlighting the unique benefits and features of our offerings.
  • Achieve sales targets from the institutional sector in Bengaluru, utilizing effective sales strategies and relationship-building techniques.
  • Explore upselling opportunities and additional revenue streams within the institutional clientele, maximizing profitability while delivering value to clients.
  • Attend school and college events, trade shows, and conferences in Bengaluru to build a network of potential institutional clients and stay informed about industry trends and educational policies.
  • Gather feedback from institutional clients in Bengaluru to improve services and address any issues promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities within the institutional sales segment in Bengaluru, providing insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's /Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales and institutional marketing, with a focus on the educational sector in Bengaluru.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships within schools and colleges.
  • Strong analytical skills and market knowledge specific to the educational sector in Bengaluru.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to drive business growth and achieve sales targets within the institutional segment.
  • Willingness to travel within Bengaluru and attend industry events and conferences.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales goals and delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a proactive and adaptable approach to challenges.
