Assistant Manager Business Development

**Role Overview:**
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing & Business Development Associate to drive brand visibility, generate leads, and strengthen strategic relationships. The role involves executing marketing initiatives, managing partnerships, and supporting business growth through client engagement.**Key Responsibilities:*** Increase the firms profile through marketing campaigns, events, webinars, podcasts, and PR initiatives.* Develop marketing collateral (flyers, brochures, promotional materials) and support digital/social media outreach.* Promote the firms thought leadership in foreign direct investment.* Build and maintain relationships with chambers, business organizations, embassies, consulates, and media.* Attend and represent the firm at networking and industry events.* Manage sponsorship opportunities, publication distribution, and advertising inquiries.* Conduct research to develop client target lists and business opportunities.* Prepare service proposals, contracts, and follow up with potential clients to finalize engagements.* Support the delivery of client projects and manage strategic relationships.**Qualifications & Skills:*** Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.* 2-4 years of experience in marketing, business development, or a related role.* Strong communication, writing, and relationship management skills.* Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple initiatives.
