We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in Finance MIS/FP&A. ### Roles and Responsibility Work with Partner group, Sub-service lines, and Market segment heads to build annual plans, forecasts, and investment initiatives. Prepare weekly performance dashboards for Service line or Sub-service lines or Business Unit and provide detailed analysis with commentary on weekly/monthly/half-yearly and annual performance. Coordinate and engage with FMA team and Engagement Manager/Partner to understand and monitor revenue & sales pipeline, AR, and WIP outstanding for engagements. Track and monitor direct cost, gross margin, and headcount capacity against plan across business units/partner groups. Prepare account-wise performance summaries for key accounts and model financial scenarios based on past trends and potential scenarios. Assimilate/tap knowledge from various financial information systems to present objective-driven ad-hoc reports for Partners, SMs, ADs, and Managers. Play an active role in end-to-end process improvement/automation initiatives to standardize reports within the Finance team.### Job Requirements CA qualification is mandatory. Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Finance MIS/FP&A. Advanced knowledge and experience working with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and large databases. Knowledge of Macros/VBA/Power BI/SQL/SharePoint is a plus. Power BI skills should include hands-on experience in DAX formulation, visualization dashboards, access security management, and strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to work under high pressure, quickly turnaround required output/reports, and maintain relationships with stakeholders and other arms of the enabling organization. Smart, confident, and able to balance multiple priorities by measuring impact, importance, and urgency. Ability to understand new financial aspects/systems and demonstrate curiosity to learn. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to establish/maintain relationships.
