Job Description

As a Snowflake Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Snowflake data warehousing solutions for our organization. You will play a critical role in ensuring the performance, scalability, and reliability of our data infrastructure.

Design and implement Snowflake data warehousing solutions based on business requirements and best practices.
Create and maintain data models, schemas, tables, and views in Snowflake.
Develop and optimize SQL queries for efficient data retrieval and manipulation.
Work closely with data engineers and architects to ensure seamless integration of data sources into Snowflake.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve data quality and performance issues.
Monitor and optimize the performance of Snowflake clusters and query execution.
Implement and enforce security measures to protect sensitive data stored in Snowflake.
Stay updated with the latest Snowflake features, enhancements, and best practices, and evaluate their potential impact on our data infrastructure.
Provide technical guidance and support to other team members on Snowflake-related tasks and issues.
Participate in the evaluation and selection of data integration and ETL tools that integrate with Snowflake.
Document technical specifications, processes, and procedures related to Snowflake implementation and administration.
