As the Assistant Manager of Branding & Marketing at Accordion, your role is crucial in managing key execution of brand strategy decisions to enhance the impact of the company's brand on both internal and external audiences. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the company's social media presence (organic and paid), managing the company website, and internal marketing channels. To excel in this role, you will need a combination of creative thinking, marketing expertise, a process-driven approach, and hands-on involvement across all marketing channels. Working closely with the team lead, you will play a vital role in executing brand and marketing plans, driving thought leadership internally and externally, and ensuring strategic plans are implemented seamlessly and on time. Your role will also involve staying updated on the latest marketing trends and collaborating with various teams to achieve branding objectives. **Key Responsibilities:** - Execute corporate brand strategy aligned with company goals and values - Manage end-to-end execution of brand and performance marketing plans internally and externally - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute internal communication and brand campaigns - Work closely with the team lead on social media strategies and their execution - Support the events team in driving internal communication initiatives - Develop content for social media and internal campaigns in collaboration with the graphic design team - Identify, onboard, and manage external partners for branding and marketing initiatives - Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement - Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and enforce brand guidelines in communication - Contribute to content strategy development for various brand assets - Partner with HR and recruitment teams to strengthen employer brand - Research industry trends and competitor strategies to bring innovative ideas to branding and marketing efforts - Assist in planning annual marketing calendars, campaign timelines, and budgets - Support communication needs during crisis situations and reputation-sensitive scenarios - Develop internal reports as per stakeholder requirements **Qualifications:** - MBA from a reputed institute with 5-6 years of experience in branding & marketing - Experience in brand management, performance ads, omnichannel marketing, social media marketing, and internal corporate communication - Excellent communication skills - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills - Proficiency with Email and Microsoft Office applications - Excellent project management and execution skills in a high-paced environment - Ability to work independently and manage business ambiguities with a self-starter approach At Accordion, you will have the opportunity to work in a high-growth environment with semi-annual performance management and promotion cycles.
